“This is the legal aspect of National Police's Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) and Attorney General's Office, surely there is no my intervention,” he said at City Hall, Tuesday (8/11).

Ahok does not mind if there are civil servants who named as a suspect. It is because, it could be a lesson for other civil servants. "Probably the case happened in all sub-departments,” he expressed.

However, he also gives a widely chance to law enforcement to investigate the budget or data related to corruption potential in Jakarta Provincial Government.

Previously, three officials of West Jakarta Water Management Sub-Department were named as suspect over alleged corruption case. They are with initials W, MR and P.

Over the investigation, the case was revealed due to four self-managed activities from West Jakarta Water Management Sub-Department, comprising local infrastructure maintenance, drainage channel maintenance, dredging work, water channel reparation and river bank normalization.

From temporary calculation, the amount of loss is Rp 19 billion.
